the new travellers rest crossgates Macbook Hinge Scraping / Scratching Problem - Quick and Easy Fix!

This is a short video I've made to show a solution I have found to a Macbook hinge issue. The issue is where the top of the macbook is scraping / grinding against the bottom part of the exterior when opened or closed.

This causes an unpleasant noise, but thankfully it can be fixed quite easily, as this video shows.

The model in the video is a 2015 Macbook Pro, but I believe the same concept would work on a Macbook Air, or any Apple laptop with a similar unibody aluminum exterior.
